Bob-omb Fields is the first level of SM64 The Green Comet. It is a version of Bob-omb Battlefield where the enemies have been driven out. The pink Bob-ombs have also removed all of the cannons from the level.
Specific Differences from Super Mario 64[]
- Every cannon has been removed.
- The two warps have been moved inside of the holes the cannons used to be. The first warp is between the starting cannon and the one in the green rock, and the second warp is between the cannon behind the mountain and the one on the floating island.
- The cannon on the side of the mountain now has a Green Star, and the one underneath the floating island has fire that kills the player.
Stars[]
Green Star 1[]
This star is located right at the bottom tip of the floating island. It can be reached by triple jumping off of a nearby rock.
Green Star 2[]
This star is located on the large railing next to the mountain. It can be reached by jumping off the nearby slope or from the mountain.
Green Star 3[]
This star is located on the slope directly behind where Mario starts the level. It can be reached by jump-kicking along the slope.
Green Star 4[]
This star is located high in the air in the back corner of the level. It can be reached with a precise triple jump dive from the mountain ledge.
Green Star 5[]
This star is located just underneath the back corner of the floating island. It can be reached by warping via the cannon in the back corner of the stage, then performing a precise jump kick off the back of the island.
Green Star 6[]
This star is simply located inside the cannon on the side of the mountain.
