A category for people who are not fictional characters, and bear a strong relevance to the SM64 ROM hacking community.
The SM64 ROM hacking community is a diverse place. Please respect the identity of each individual, regardless of their reputation or your personal opinion of them. Similarly, if the individual has stated which pronouns they prefer people use, only use those to refer to that individual. If the individual has not stated a preference, please only use they/them.

Who gets a page?[]
There are a lot of people who have published ROM hacks, and naturally, we can't have articles on everyone, nor should we. If you're wondering whether or not a certain individual qualifies to have their own article on this wiki, at least one (but preferably two) of the following reasons should apply:
- The individual or their work has had a significant impact on the SM64 ROM hacking community (for example, Annielogue or Pannenkoek2012)
- The individual has published a large number of noteworthy ROM hacks (noteworthy as in, more than just a vanilla edit or a "shitpost" hack)
- The individual has been noticeably active in the SM64 ROM hacking community for several years (this usually goes hand in hand with the aforementioned reason)
- There is no publicly available profile for that creator, so information on them such as linked social media is harder to track down
Fictional characters do not belong in this category. They belong in Category:Characters.
Do not, under any circumstances, post confidential information about any individual to this wiki. This includes the following:
- The real name/legal names of individuals
- Addresses, phone numbers, email addresses
- An individual's online presence in communities outside of the mario64hacks.wiki or RHDC, unless that information has been volunteered by the individual, such as in their RHDC user profile social links.
- Deeply personal information that the individual has not volunteered as public information. Information given on private servers, such as on Discord, do not qualify for this. Volunteering information as public means that the individual has stated it in a space that is intended to be viewable by anyone from any corner of the internet. This can include a profile bio on RHDC; a post by a YouTuber to their channel's community messages, or information stated in a ROM hack's publicly available description.
Any editor found to be violating these rules will be put under investigation. Any attempt to dox an individual- regardless of any controversies surrounding that individual or your personal feelings towards them, will, at minimum, be banned, and can face prosecution. We will not tolerate any form of cyber attack, nor doxing.
