This hack contains one custom course called Cute Little Grassland (over area ID C1), which includes one showdown with King Whomp, and an overworld area, which contains the Vanish Cap Switch.

Act 3: Parkour Above The Lava[]
For this Star, head up to the higher cliffs behind the red coin Star's Star marker using the checkered vertical platforms past the ! box. Once up there, head to the right, where there is a pit of lava, and two stone pillars, both with a kuromame (firespitter) on them.
If you are unfamiliar with dealing with kuromame's on small platforms, one of the more common methods of dealing with them is to perform a kick in middair prior to landing. The delay this puts onto Mario's landing allows the kuromame to breathe their fire before Mario lands, which will then either stick to the edge of the platform, or drift downwards. Note that if the fire sticks to the edge of the platform, it can still follow Mario by changing direction after a couple of seconds, so keep your wits about you, and either jump to the next platform, or hop to dodge the fire.
After clearing the lava pit, there's a short horizontal wallkicking section. Angle Mario at one of the walls so that he is set to at a minimum angle of approximately 60 degrees; if Mario slides along the wall without bonking, then the angle needs to be closer to 90 degrees to allow him to wallkick. The Star is at the end of this section.

All eight of the red coins are located on top of the stone pillars behind Mario's starting point, most of which can be jumped between with regular jumps. Once collected, the Star will appear on the grassy cliff nearby, next to the wall.
