This hack features one course overwriting the course 1 area ID, called "Too Many Excess Vacation Days?" with the Act being called Take A Goddamn Vacation Straight To [rest of Act name cut off].
In this course, Mario is confined to an extremely slow-moving red bus, upon which he is trapped in the animation for surfing on a Koopa shell. The bus's course cannot be altered or affected; the only gameplay is to wait for it to reach the Star at the other side of the small course.
