This is the World 1 boss level in SM64 Land. You will need 8P power (or 8 stars) to fight him. To defeat him you need to dodge his attacks and let him fall onto his back. Do a ground pound on his face, and repeat the process two times more. After each hit, he summons Big Goombas in larger quantities. Defeat him to have him drop a star and unlock World 2.
