King Boo's Dimension Void is the third and final Bowser stage in Luigi's Mansion 64 and it is the last level of the game. Luigi travels through platforms in the sky searching a Warp Pipe leading to a final fight against Ghost Bowser to save Princess Peach and the Toads in the King Boo's Mansion, when Luigi reaches the top, the pipe to King Boo is gone, so he will have to climb on the roof of King Boo's Mansion to find the Warp Pipe leading to the final battle against himself.
100 Starlings are required to open the cannon outside to climb on the King Boo's Mansion roof to find the Warp Pipe which leads to the final fight against Ghost Bowser. However, there is a glitch that can be used to get up the roof without the required starlings.

The battle against King Boo is pretty similar to the last few fights, but there are many changes. Unlike the previous battles when the player had four mines, this battle has five. When King Boo slams the ground, shock waves will appear, and they'll damage Luigi if he touches them. He retains the fire attacks from the previous battles and can also breathe a stream of fire into the air, which will fall back down a several fireballs. The last difference is that King Boo has to take damage from three mines before admitting defeat. On a side note, when King Boo takes damage from two mines, he'll shake the battlefield, causing it to form a star-like shape; this makes the third throw require much more power and timing than the first two. Additionally, each time King Boo is damaged, it becomes easier for Luigi to grab King Boo's tail without having to bait him into performing the charge attack. after the third hit, King Boo will give Luigi a Giant Starling, but when he touches it, wings will form, allowing him to fly and land in the castle grounds, where Peach and the two Toads are waiting for him. Luigi will release Peach from above the door entrance, who bakes a cake for her heroes, and then the credits roll.

As with the previous King Boo levels, a Power Star can be obtained by collecting the eight Red Coins found throughout the level. The Power Star will then appear at the top of the dimension void where the Warp Pipe that leads to King Boo is gone.
