Luna Park is a secret course in SM64 Last Impact, take a ride on the train in Overworld 3 to reach the forgotten secret stage. In this forgotten little theme park you'll be able to get 2 stars and unlock another minigame in the Minigame House if you can complete the Rainbow Coin Challenge. A 1Up Mushroom can be found here by riding Yoshi and navigating over to the carousel and positioning so that Yoshi lines up with the missing car.
Stars[]
Star 1: 8 Red Coins[]
As usual, the coins are scattered all around the theme park and collecting all 8 will grant you a star. Their locations are:
- left end of the swinging boat
- right end of the swinging boat
- up on the track to the left of the boat
- wood platform in front of swinging boat
- on top of the fountain
- on the roof of the Carousel
- the top of Drop Tower (elevator platform to the right of the Carousel)
- roof of the wooden building near the entrance
The star will appear on the ground next to the Carousel.
Star 2: Yoshi Target Practice[]
Find Yoshi chilling at the far left end of the park and hop on for a ride. after a brief training session, head over to the wooden platform on the ground behind the Carousel.
Once you step of it, it will activate 4 targets that you need Yoshi to hit. Do not step of the platform or you will reset the game.
If you run out of ammo, there are two fruit baskets to the left and right that Yoshi can eat from and reload using what we can only assume is Easter Bunny magic. Once you've hit all 4 targets, the star will appear nearby.
Rainbow Coin Challenge[]
The switch for the Rainbow Coin Challenge is located to the left of the Carousel. Once activated you have 30 seconds to find the 5 rainbow coins scattered in close proximity. If you do, you will unlock Cake Defense, the last game in the Minigame House.
