Mr. Blizzards, also known as Spinning Snowmen, are enemies originating in Super Mario 64. They attack either by throwing snowballs at Mario, or hopping around in a set pattern to impede Mario's progress. They snowball-throwing variants can be defeated by running around them in circles, while the hopping ones can usually not be defeated and are a permanent obstacle.
They appear in hacks such as Super Mario Star Road and Super Mario Rainbow Road.
