Muhly 64 is a ROM hack created by just_eh_cupcake. It was the creator's first Super Mario 64 ROM hack, but they had prior experience hacking other titles.
This hack includes three levels and a small overworld by which to access them. This hack uses the non-stop approach for collecting Stars, meaning that Mario will not be warped elsewhere upon collecting any of the Stars. All three levels include a 100 coin Star, an 8 red coin mission, and a 5 Secrets mission, among others. The second course, Galaxy Land 64, is directly based off of the Comet Observatory from Super Mario Galaxy. Falling off of any of the courses will instead warp Mario back to the course's starting point without taking away his progress.
Each course has a Bob-omb Buddy at the starting point that will give Mario hints for each Star. Both Mario's lives counter and fall damage have been disabled.
