QJRocks is a hack creator who has participated in numerous ROM hacking competitions, and has a total of eight SM64 ROM hacks on romhacking.com that attribute QJRocks as being an author.
As there is no RHDC account tied to the name QJRocks, very little is known about them. QJRocks primarily creates short experimental hacks, and has also dabbled in crossovers. Overall, their hacks are very conceptual and explorative, and tend to focus on telling a story, rather than gameplay.
While it could be argued that all of their hacks are standalone, there seems to be a clear connection between ES and Enigmatic Scholar. They both have Mario encounter the same enigma, which consists of an overwhelming plague of monochromatic cubes. In what seemed to be the chronologically subsequent hack, Enigmatic Scholar, Mario meets the Toad who discovered these cubes, and helps the Toad to put a stop to their invasion.
