| F.L.U.D.D. | ||
| Press and hold L while in the air to hover for a short time, while spraying water down underneath Mario. F.L.U.D.D. is used to clean off the mud on the temple in Stonesnake Shatters. | ||
| Fire Flower | ||
| Press L to throw a fireball. This has many uses, including defeating enemies, lighting torches, taking down the ice blargg and melting ice for red coins in Melty Molten Mountains, and blowing up barrels in Sunset Islet. | ||
| Frog Suit | ||
| Allows Mario to swim much faster and breath underwater. This Power-Up is required to get the Underwater Race star in the Crystal Caves. | ||
| Ice Flower | ||
| Allows Mario to walk across lava and dangerously cold terrain. Pressing L will shoot ice- this is used to freeze water for a puzzle, and defeat the fire blargg. | ||
| Spring Mushroom | ||
| When Mario grabs the Spring Mushroom, he will start jumping around. Performing a groundpound will give Mario a very high boost to his jump. The only real use for this is to get the Star called Spring Mario's Parkour in Colossal Circuits. | ||
| Rainbow Star | ||
| Grabbing this power-up makes Mario flash rainbow and become invincible for a short time. Mario can defeat enemies merely by touching them, including ones he couldn't normally harm, and his jumps now have a somersault that change the way he moves. This is the only power-up that expires on its own, rather than when Mario takes damage/touches water etc. After the timer ends and Mario returns to normal, the Star will reappear back in its prior spot. | ||
| Flat Mushroom | ||
| It will make Mario paper thin, allowing him to get through rows of iron bars in the Dry Bones Desert, and one row in the Abandoned Village. | ||
| Yoshi | ||
| When riding yoshi, pressing B will make him spit out his tongue. This can be used to eat enemies, fruits, or candies, which will all give him more eggs to throw. The eggs can be thrown by holding L until the angle is right, just like in the game Yoshi's Island. Yoshi is also required to get a Star in Luna Park. | ||
| Bee Mushroom | ||
| The Bee Mushroom allows Mario to fly by jumping and holding A. This Power-Up is required to get some of the Stars in Harried Honey-Hive. Also, a funny glitch can be performed by rapidly pressing A and Z. This power-up originated from Super Mario Galaxy. | ||
| Cloud Flower | ||
| The Cloud Flower allows Mario to pick up and use clouds, which are obtained from bubbles containing them, and are activated by pressing L. When activated, the cloud appears beneath Mario as a platform, and will disappear after a short duration. | ||
| Spider Mushroom | ||
| Pressing L while jumping will create a vertical line of string, which Mario will immediately grab onto. This is required to get one of the Stars in Harried Honey-Hive. This power-up originated from Super Mario Galaxy. | ||
| Goomba Bros. Star Power | ||
| Mario gains this ability during the final battle with Rashay. The Goomba Bros. give Mario their Star power, which activates this powerup. It allows Mario to jump higher, run faster, and regenerate health quickly. It is the last of the three powerups that originated in this hack. | ||
