SM64 Masters Challenge is a ROM hack made by TheGael95. This hack is a modified version of the original Super Mario 64, except it is designed to be extremely difficult.
Compared to Kaizo Mario 64, the levels are customized with more hazards and traps to overcome. While the game is titled Super Mario 64, the player does not play as Mario, instead it's Luigi being the main character, which serves as an alternate plot to the Ztar Attack series. (this game is set way much later after the events of Super Mario 64 1.5: Ztar Attack!)

Peach's Castle becomes dark after Bowser and his minions have invaded the Mushroom Kingdom while the Power Stars were stolen. It's up to Luigi to recover all the Ztars and save the kingdom again.
