Miscellaneous[]
Area | Creator | Stars | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
Overworld | aglab2 | 2 | The more Stars are collected in the main courses, the more the area will expand by unlocking the next levels. The first Star is above the entrance of Azure Abyss, requiring the Wing Cap, and a Toad located on top of Abandoned Catacombs holds the second Star. |
Triarc Castle | Arthurtilly | 1 | Only accessible upon flying with the Wing Cap from the overworld. This area requires clearing at least one Star in every level in order to obtain the key to unlock Bowser's Diorama Fortress. Red coins are spread around the area. |
Bowser's Diorama Fortress | aglab2 Arthurtilly Mushie64 TheGael95 |
The Bowser stage only accessible after collecting the key in Triarc Castle. This stage is an inspiration of the Bowser stages from Super Mario 74. To enter the fight, the player must search for 3 pieces from the biomes and climb atop the fortress. Each of the 3 biomes holds a set of 2 red coins. |

- The spinning fish from 7TV known as "Joel" makes a cameo appearance in Haunted Factory.
- In "Slip on a Banana Peel", the cutscene can be skipped by pressing Z, A and B in the right order.
- During the credits, it is possible to rotate the Golf Sphere for a brief moment, as well as switching time in Time Travel Ruins.
- In addition of Time Travel Ruins' time control, it is possible to glitch the game during the Star cutscene.
- In Triarc Castle, if the player waits long enough before collecting the key, the area will be in all colors. However, returning to the area will set the colors back to grey.
- The flame avoidance in the Bowser fight is a nod to Another Boss Battle Test, which is also a reference to the avoidance fan-games.
