Some Kind of a Crash Hack is a rom hack made by Mariocrash. This hack is a collection of remade levels for a cancelled major hack project.
This hack also includes a few changes to SM64's mechanics. Red coin Stars now only require 6 red coins to be collected, and the coin and Star counter on the UI are now shifted to the left side of the screen along with Mario's lives counter. Also, the textures for the numbers 3 and 4 have been switched with one another- possibly on accident, although it is a pretty funny way to mess with the player.
