Star Revenge 6.5: Wrath of the Dim. Flower is a ROM hack made by BroDute, which is an extension of Star Revenge 6, with altered levels and 70 new Stars. This hack only includes the first nine levels from the prequel, and there are no cap switches in this game. Luigi still Stars in the hack, making his second appearance in the series.
The story takes place after Bowser's Castle changed back to Peach's Castle, then suddenly, an ominous flower popped in to alter the worlds inside the castle.
The Stars in this game all have single word clues and are difficult to find, so lots of exploring is required to find them without a guide. The Blue Coin Switches generally produce over 50 coins, so they are essential for collecting the 100-coin Stars.
This hack was later updated to v1.1 such as, reducing the red coin total to 6, 80 coin Stars, Parallel Lakitu Cam, 10 lives and more QoL changes. Later, this hack got updated to v1.1.1, for applying the 6/8 red coin patch in Bowser levels.
