Summit Village is a ROM hack created by MrCountryfruit, which was included in SirRouven1003's Hack Pack. Currently, this hack is only available in German.
Overview[]
This hack contains 8 Stars, 7 of which are obtained in this hack's only level, and the 8th being obtained in the overworld. Mario's model has been replaced with a N64-style Waluigi model. This hack uses a custom overworld area which contains a warp pipe leading to course 1, and a Star up on a slope behind the building. If the player attempts to exit a course using the pause menu, it will crash the game.
This hack's only custom level is called Gipfeldorf, and occupies the course 1 area ID. Its Acts are called Das Magische N / Dachkletterei / Rote Muenzen Im Problemdorf / Waluigi Der Cliffhanger / Kisten-Kaos / Toxischer Brunnen.
The Star belonging to Act 5, Kisten-Kaos, can only be collected during this Act as it requires the presence of a pile of breakable boxes to climb the tower; this is also the only Act in which the 100 coin Star can be collected, as without the boxes there are not enough coins in the level to spawn the 100 coin Star.
