Universal Constellation is a ROM hacking project, with 410 Stars. It is a massive collaborative project in which creators can submit their own levels to be included in it. This hack uses all four save files in order to be able to save progress for all 410 Stars.
A project aimed to be the biggest SM64 romhack ever made, with 832 total Stars in its final release.
